You MUST check the release box for any item that will contain a picture/photo/logo that you send to us. 

By checking the release box, you represent and warrant the following:

That you are the owner of the photograph (or has permission);
That it is not a counterfeit or stolen item:
That it does not infringe any third party's copyright, license, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other proprietary rights or rights of privacy;
That the photo does not violate any law, statue, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing import/export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
That the photo will not be obscene or contain child pornography:
And that the photo shall not create liability for Designer Wrappers and any other third party that is involved in the development of the product.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Designer Wrappers, it's subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of customer's breach of this agreement and/or customer's violation of any law or the rights of any third party. 

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order we deem to be offensive in any manner.
