Be sure the file is under 800 kb. Because of the uniqueness of our products, it may require cropping and composition. The photo may be enlarged so as to create the most beautiful rendition. When sending us a photo in the mail, please package it securely so it will not be damaged. We will not be liable for any damage that is incurred during the shipment of the photograph(s).
